Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all aspects of accounts handling/servicing via relationship management with obstetricians and gynecologists (OBGYNs), pediatricians and/or other medical audiences.
- Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospital administrators from assigned territories.
- Coordinate and manage maternity/hospital-related events.
- Directly responsible for all enquiries of all product & services and pre to post sales activities.
- Assist in customer support and handle support line and mainline enquiries rostered out.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience relevance to Sales or Customer Service (Preferable Medical Representative from Pharmaceutical or Medical Equipment Industry)
- Must be familiar with healthcare industry.
- Able to work independently and without close supervision.
- Able to work with all levels of authority.
- Highly driven, result oriented, possesses high level of initiative and ethics in selling process.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sociable, confident, empathetic, and well-groomed.
- Proficient in English, both speaking and writing (Min. passive).
- Preferably have a valid driving license and possess own vehicle.
