Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in the internet sector, especially in mobile digital advertising, e-commerce, and marketing, is preferred
  • Experience in business management and marketing, with exceptional partner-facing and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Capacity for innovative thinking, problem-solving, and generating fresh ideas
  • Proven success in project management, multitasking, and managing multi-stakeholder programmes both independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of ownership and a track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
  • Data-sensitive with clear, logical thinking, capable of strategic thinking and tactical action

 

Description

  • Coordination of people (internal and external) and processes to ensure that Cordlife’s digital project is delivered on time and produces the desired results.
  • Take full ownership of Cordlife's mobile app and related assets (Moms Up), defining the product vision and expanding our suite of solutions.
  • Driving revenue through various business opportunities, including e-commerce, and enhancing product marketing to boost downloads.
  • Craft and execute the Moms Up strategy with the goal of maximizing business value and enhancing user satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement global strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for Moms Up, including defining positioning, unique selling points, market competitiveness, and customer benefits.
  • Execute Moms Up GTM programmes, leading the launch of new products and solutions in regional markets while ensuring consistent messaging across the platform.
  • Keep a close eye on global business performance by facilitating internal discussions and proactively addressing any growth challenges that may arise.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to develop features or products that address users' pain points.
  • Break down complex business requirements into actionable solutions, developing user stories and roadmaps, managing app releases, sprint planning, and project prioritization.
  • Oversee merchant acquisition and operational workflows to optimize efficiency and improve the user experience.
  • Work closely with our business intelligence team to continuously evaluate merchant performance and refine our product solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
