- Promoting, selling, and meeting sales targets with the company's product and services to the target market (Parents and Healthcare Professionals).
- Develop existing markets and identify new markets.
- Key account planning of the territory assigned.
- Build good working relationships with doctors/nurses/ KOLs. Keep abreast of new product development and clinical updates.
- Constantly engage the doctors/hospitals on activities that draw sales leads.
- CRM leads and sales activities entry.
- Responsible for target market sales, providing support to doctors and nurses.
- Ensure smooth sample collection and follow-through with the client.
- Reporting on the hospital's delivery numbers and market intelligence.
- E-counseling or face-to-face meeting with target prospect.
- Propose territory activities in collaboration with hospitals/ doctors.
- Ensure optimal marketing collaterals/materials are used.
- Distribution and use of promotional materials/collateral for promotional activities.
- Proposing events and activities in collaboration with hospitals and doctors in the territory.
- To work closely with the internal support team for day-to-day sales matters.
Job Requirements
- Graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science / Biotechnology / Business background.
- A candidate with at least 3-5 years of outdoor sales experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry will be advantages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Experience in Business to Business or Business to Consumer selling.
- Trustworthy, independent, responsible, and goal-oriented.
- Willing to embrace new knowledge and skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin/ Cantonese speaking is an advantage).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
