Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for all IT hardware, software, network and VOIP telephony system issue on a timely manner and until its ticket closure
• Responsible for IT hardware and software license procurement include the inventory record maintenance
• Coordinate with Group IT team to support project implementation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain on-premise physical/virtual servers, and VOIP telephony system
• Manage on-premise/Azure Active Directory and Google Workspace
• Conduct IT trainings to end users
• Manage the backup and restoration of all operational data and in-house file server
• Participate in periodic IT Auditing and Accreditation exercise
• Ensure that the Server and DR Disaster site is updated and functional
• Conduct reviews of IT expenditure to ensure that costs are in line with the budget and identify areas where cost savings can be made
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:
 

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT or other related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years’ working experience in IT field and MNC work experience is highly preferred
• Networking knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, firewall & switches
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server (Install, Configure & Maintain, Migrate and Upgrade, Patching), Azure Active Directory and Google Workspace
• Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage multitask
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior IT Officer
