  • Directly responsible for all aspects of accounts handling/servicing via relationship management with obstetricians and gynecologists (OBGYNs), pediatricians and/or other medical audiences.
  • Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospital administrators from assigned territories.
  • Coordinate and manage maternity/hospital-related events.
  • Directly responsible for all enquiries of all product & services and pre to post sales activities.
  • Assist in customer support and handle support line and mainline enquiries rostered out.


  • Diploma or Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience relevance to Sales or Customer Service (Preferable Medical Representative from Pharmaceutical or Medical Equipment Industry)
  • Must be familiar with healthcare industry.
  • Able to work independently and without close supervision.
  • Able to work with all levels of authority.
  • Highly driven, result oriented, possesses high level of initiative and ethics in selling process.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sociable, confident, empathetic, and well-groomed.
  • Proficient in English, both speaking and writing (Min. passive).
  • Preferably have a valid driving license and possess own vehicle.
