Job Description:

  • As a Business Partner, ensure all HR strategic decisions align with company's objectives.
  • Manage full spectrum of human resources from recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee welfare, training and development to payroll management
  • Manage General Support (Facility & IT)



  • Degree or Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, 3 years on the managerial level
  • Experience in partnership with Management to drive Business Strategy to achieve Business Goals.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act & Manpower regulations, development of policies & procedures, compensation & benefits, performance management, people development
  • Experience and strong knowledge of HR management, people development & engagement.
  • Have HR Certification
  • Experience and good knowledge in handling the Audit process will be an advantage.
  • Preferable have experience in the health industry and multinational company
  • High integrity, strong belief & value, independence, initiative, resourceful and meticulous.
  • Excellent management skills, strategic & analytical thinking & problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and possess strong leadership skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
